Question: How fast will I get my products?
We know you’re eager to get your products and we’re just as eager to get them to you! Average shipping and handling takes 5-7 days, and 95% of all orders ship within 48 hours. Please allow additional time for international orders
Question: Do you offer free shipping?
All domestic U.S. orders in excess of $75 ship free of charge to you.
Question: I'm located outside the U.S., do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! For international shipping we use USPS International Priority (5-7 days) or Economy (7-10 days). Due to customs and other processing for international orders, we are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates. Most orders arrive before or within the time frame listed, but in some cases, your order may be slightly delayed. Some countries require additional fees, VAT or duties. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Question: What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Customer satisfaction is a core principle of ours. Due to the nature of our products, sales are final and not subject to return.
